The cottage boasts a beautiful open plan lounge dining area and kitchen with all fittings, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

 

The main bedroom is en suite and holds a bath, toilet and washbasin and the remaining two bedrooms have an ensuite shower, washbasin and toilet.

 

There is an additional separate toilet in this residence.

 

Additionally, there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The floors are heated for extra comfort.

 

Outside there is a large barbeque/patio area and there are stunning panoramic views of the rolling hills of South Armagh and the surrounding areas from this vantage point.
